Once home to the largest hat manufacturer in Philadelphia, the former Frank P. Heid & Co. hat factory has been transformed by PRDC Properties and Atrium Design Group into a vibrant mixed-use community anchored by 96 ultra-modern apartments spanning eight floors. Paradigm worked with Sonder to bring over 60 original murals to their short-term rental apartments, as well as hundreds of framed works to create customized gallery walls in each of the rooms. A sculptural wall mural by Hyland Mather—created onsite using reclaimed wood during the construction process—greets you upon entering the lobby space. A rooftop mural by Hawk Krall may be enjoyed from the shared space at the top floor while you take in gorgeous skyline views.
